Yankees Tickets – The Struggles

by on May 19, 2011 updated May 19, 2011

What happened to the New York Yankees the last few weeks. The last time I looked they were on top of the AL East by a slim lead. I go off on a trip and come back to find out the Yankees have lost six games in a row? What?

Seems it’s true. The New York Yankees lost six games straight, a pair to Kansas City, an agonizing three consecutive to….the Boston Red Sox, then another down in Tampa Bay. New York now falls three games behind Tampa Bay and even with the Red Sox.

I remember a few months ago, doubts being raised about the Yankees ability to stay with Boston. The Red Sox have gotten better, recovering from a horrible start to be in contention at the top of the division.

Meanwhile, my New York Yankees, who looked so promising earlier, have fallen back into the pack. It just goes to show you. It’s always something. Come on yankees, let get it right down in Tampa bay, then come back and put a hurting on the Mets. That should get us healthy.
