San Diego Chargers – Something to Prove

by on January 10, 2008 updated January 10, 2008

For the last three years the San Diego Chargers could be considered the most underachieving team in the NFL. They’re loaded with talent but have yet to get past the first round of the playoffs. On Sunday they can go a long way towards dispelling that image by beating the Indianapolis Colts. That’s a tall order but certainly achievable. opening some holes for LT and a good perfrmance from Rivers could keep the dangerous Colts offense off the field. But they’ll have to do it against an Indianapolis defense that has improved from last year. Their edge? Hunger. The Chargers have to be sick and tired of the one and out syndrome? The disadvantage? THEIR COACH IS NAMED NORV!
