Pittsburgh Steelers Tickets – Super Bowl Run?

by on September 11, 2009 updated April 19, 2014

¬†Well, the PittsburghSteelers just completed the first step to getting back to the Super Bowl by knocking off the Tennessee Titans in overtime. Lat season the Steelers endured a pretty tough schedule to the playoffs but it looks a little easier in 2009. Here’s my take on the best Steelers tickets of the season:

Chargers vs Steelers Tickets- Week 4 – I’m really interested to see whether or not the San Diego Chargers can get off to a good start in 2009. I’m also interested to see if they’re a legit contender or just blowing smoke. They’ve got the offense with LT and the defense now that Shawne Merriman is back.

Vikings vs Steelers Tickets – Week 7 – Since the Vikings have been pegged as a monster team in the NFC now that Favre is under center, this matchup looks like it could be a good one. I won’t get into the whole Favre issue but I think the edge lies with the Steelers at home and a good quarterback. There, I said it.

Ravens vs Steelers Tickets – This is a good solid AFC matchup, one that I believe will have playoff implications.

These are all Steelers home games. On the road I think the Bengals game should be interesting if Carson Plamer is still upright. Also, the last game of the season, against the Miami Dolphins, is a winner.
