The Pittsburgh Penguins could have been seriously damaged by the loss of Sidney Crosby. Instead, they’ve turned to Evgeni Malkin. Malkin was the NHL‘s rookie of the year last season but nobody expected he could fill the role Crosby has played for the Penguins. In the meantime the fuel provided by Malkin keeps the Penguins humming,.
