NFL Tickets – Sudden Death

The NFC is obviously the most interesting conference in the final week of the NFL season. There are still two division titles at stake and these NFL tickets take on a sudden death atmosphere. It’s basically a playoff scenario: Win and you keep playing, lose and you stay home in January.

Chicago Bears – The Bears had their chance to clinch early and get a rest for their starters yesterday but they ended up getting blown out by the Philadelphia Eagles 54-11 or something ridiculous like that. Fans in Chicago are wondering just what good it will do them to even make the playoffs. Of course, one week does not give an indication of good a team can play. But there’s certainly roon for unease.

New Orleans Saints – The Saints, who have blown about a three game lead on the rest of the NFC South, collapsed again yesterday, allowing Cam Newton to explode with less than a minute left and score a game winning touchdown. Now New Orleans must beat Tampa Bay and hope the Atlanta Falcons can knock off the Panthers in Atlanta. Not a hopeful scenario. While New Orleans is still in the playoff hunt, they’re not going into the postseason with much momentum. Offensive woes and defensive collapses have raised big quaestions about the quality of this Saints team.
