OK, the NFL schedule is supposed to be released sometime in the next 10 days. That’s a tentative NFL schedule of course and it hinges on the NFL actually ending their labor strife and playing a full slate of games. I can foresee a situation where the lockout possibly continues through the preseason but I’m having a difficult time dealing with the idea of a reduced or nonexistent NFL schedule. Let’s bank on the NFL playing a complete 16 game schedule.
Staring the NFL season off with bang would be Green Bay Packers tickets. The opener at Lambeau Field would be perfect. And the Super Bowl winner would be playing who? I’m thinking New Orleans Saints. The past two winners of the Super Bowl is the ideal matchup for an NFL opener. Are you listening NFL?Eric Drouant
