The NFC North is up for grabs and NFL tickets now bring us a very important contest between the Bears and the Lions. The Chicago Bears go into Detroit undefeated and hoping to continue their streak of defensive mastery, a pattern that has now given the Bears three touchdowns in two games on the defensive side of the ball.
But the Lions have different plans. Riding high after a convincing win against the Redskins, the Lions will be defending their own turf in For Field and know if they can pull off a win they set themselves up to share the NFC North lead. Matt Stafford lost a key piece of his offense when Nate Burleson broke his arm in a traffic accident which means Calvin Johnson and Reggie Bush will be key players for the Bears defense to stop.
Of course the Bears have their own problems. Johnson has scored three touchdowns this season and Chicago is ailing at the cornerback position with Charles Tillman being injured. The chess game continues.
