NFL Playoff Tickets – Who’s Who

by on December 23, 2010 updated December 23, 2010

Time to start looking at NFL playoff tickets. Right now the New England Patriots and Atlanta Falcons are sitting pretty and likely to clinch 31 seeds in their respective conferences. things could change but it’s not likely. After that the Pittsburgh Steelers have already locked down an invitation to the post-season party and appear to be a shoo-in for the AFC North title.

After that in the AFC, teams like the New York Jets and Baltimore Ravens are front runners. The Colts can clinch the AFC South with a win but don’t appear strong enough to get very far if they do. More interesting to me is the chance that the Jacksonville Jaguars could get hot, unseat the Colts, and maybe pull off an upset in the playoffs.

The NFC picture is still unsettled. With the Falcons in the cat bird seat, the Philadelphia eagles are my favorites for the #2 seed. That would leave the NFC West most likely falling to the Rams, if they can beat Seattle in Seattle. The Chicago Bears are set to win the NFC North. It all means the New Orleans Saints and New York Giants can lock down the Wildcards.
