NFL Clinchers

by on December 10, 2007 updated December 10, 2007

With 3 games left to go these teams have already clinched:

The New England Patriots - The NFL’s unstoppable force continues their quest for a perfect season.

The Dallas Cowboys - The atmosphere of magic around Tony Romo continues to flourish with a last minute victory over the rapidly sinking but still plucky Detroit Lions.

The Indianapolis Colts have clinched a playoff spot and lead the AFC South by two games.

The Green Bay Packers have clinched the NFC North, a feat I honestly did not believe they could achieve. Meanwhile, everyone’s darling, the Chicago Bears, are mired in the muck of the cellar. What a difference a year makes.

The Seattle Seahawks have won the NFC West, a division filled with weak teams and even weaker Super Bowl chances.
