LSU – Alabama

by on November 3, 2007 updated November 3, 2007

Can’t miss getting a dig in on this one. The LSU Tigers rallied to knock off the Alabama Crimson Tide tonight, scoring a pair of touchdowns in the last few minutes to send Tide fans home with tears in their eyes. It was a gallant effort on the part of Alabama, a team that rallied from down 17-3 to take a lead in the fourth quarter. LSU fans have been waiting for this game ever since Saban decided to leave the Dolphins and take over another college football program. Tiger backers felt betrayed when he left and even more betrayed when he took over at Alabama. Tonight they got their revenge. But just barely.
