While Dallas Cowboys tickets have always been favorites among NFL fans the Cowboys themselves have not lived up to the billing. How many times in the past few years have we heard the Cowboys hailed as Super Bowl favorites only to have some sudden disappointment or spectacular flub toss the Cowboys out of the running or the playoffs. The 2011 NFL season has been full of surprises, but the Cowboys have been surprising in that rather than failing at the end, they’ve managed to push themselves into relevance late in the season.
As the New York Giants watched their lead in the NFC East fade away this weekend it had to be tough to know the Cowboys were noe in control of the division.
