British Open – Hurrah for the Old Guy

 I think we all understand that we live in a youth oriented society. But the performance of Tom Watson at the British Open should serve as a lesson for all you young whippersnappers. Old guys can still get the job done. While it’s certainly premature to herald a win by Tom Watson, the fact that he’s even in this position is a testament to the staying power of guys over 50. We’ve still got some juice left in the tank, often enough to make the babies in our midst reconsider their view that we should all be relegated to an old folks home. GO TOM!!!!
