Pitchers are lining up for the DL as Bonds comes to town, hoping to avoid the infamy of giving up the historic blast. But let’s face it, Barry Bonds will always have a footnote next to his name in the minds of MLB fans. The spectre of steroids will never be erased and those seeking purity in their baseball tickets will be hard pressed to find it in Barry Bonds.
