Alabama Gets Spanked

 Alabama Crimson Tide football fans got news of an NCAA probation sanction the other day. Sounds kinda bad doesn’t it? Well don’t fret. This is not really a punishment. Think of it as more of an admonishment. Alabama won’t lose anything in the future they just won’t be able to lay claim to some past wins. Turns out some of Nick Saban’s boys and other members of Aabama athetic programs got some free textbooks. Not a terrible crime but still against the rules. But the sanctions won’t keep the Crimson Tide from getting a shot at the ultimate goal of a BCS National Championship. Phew!
