AFC Championship Tickets – Baltimore or Pittsburgh

by on January 14, 2011 updated January 14, 2011

NFL tickets are getting down to the nitty gritty. Our next offer is going to be AFC Championship tickets and NFC Championship tickets. But who’s going to be there? Let’s take a look at this weekend’s contenders.

The Baltimore Ravens have one big thing going for them and that’s defense. While not always fielding the vaunted defense of years past, the Baltimore Ravens are always solid….and brutal. Ray Lewis and Co. will find a way to make you hurt. That attitude has resulted in some of the hardest hitting in football when the Pittsburgh Steelers, who aren’t pansies by any means, and the Baltimore Ravens line up. Don’t expect anything different this time and both teams know it.

“The team that wins this game is going to be the most violent team, the team that is most physical,” – Steelers defensive lineman Chris Hoke.

So it’s no secret. NFL fans with tickets to this game are going to see some hard hitting physical football. But who’s going to take home the prize? Who holds the edge? For may, it’s Pittsburgh and Ben Roethlisberger. Big Ben has now won two Super Bowls and has his eye on another. But Joe Flaco is no slouch and is reaching a point in his career where winning big games is essential if he wants to make his mark. It’s a given that both teams will bring the hammer, but quarterback play is going to tip the scales. Who’ll step up?
